2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the regulation of the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the school supply package, whose characteristics and sale price are specified in the order confirmation, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller's website okultedarigim.com.
3. Goods/Services Subject to the Agreement
The type, quantity, brand/model, contents, sale price including VAT and method of payment of the goods/services are specified in the order form and in the order confirmation e-mail. All prices include VAT. They are in Turkish Lira (₺).
The packages have contents predetermined by the Seller in line with the needs of the relevant school and class. The visual representations of the products included in the package are for promotional purposes; there may be minor differences in color and brand detail.
4. General Provisions
The Buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and become informed about the basic characteristics of the product subject to the sales agreement, the sale price (including VAT), the method of payment, and the preliminary information regarding delivery on the Seller's website, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically. The Buyer's completion of the order means that they accept this agreement and the KVKK information notice.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without showing any justification and without paying any penalty.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised through the following channel:
- E-mail: a notification clearly stating the order number and the withdrawal request, to the address destek@okultedarigim.com
- Cancellation request form via the order tracking page
In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the products must be unused, with their packaging unopened and in resalable condition. In the event that the products have been disassembled, worn out, or used by the Buyer, or have become products that cannot be returned by their nature, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Reg. Art. 15)
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or clearly their personal needs, custom-prepared goods
- Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, whose return is not appropriate in terms of health and hygiene
- Products that mix with other products after delivery and that, by their nature, cannot be separated
Student packages specially prepared for the school may acquire the character of custom-prepared goods after the package is delivered to the Buyer/student and its packaging is opened; in this case, the exercise of the right of withdrawal may be limited. This exception is clearly notified to the Buyer in advance for each order.
7. Delivery
Following the order confirmation, delivery is carried out within at most 30 (thirty) days following payment confirmation. Delivery options:
- Bulk delivery to the school — on the date determined by the school, through the class teacher or administration; a delivery receipt is issued
- Home delivery by cargo — through Aras Kargo, within 2-4 business days from order confirmation, to the address on the order form
Any cargo fee is specified in the order summary. If not specified, the cargo fee is included in the package price. Additional cargo costs arising from address errors are borne by the Buyer.
8. Payment
Payment is carried out online with a bank/credit card, through the licensed payment institution (Iyzico) and the 3D Secure infrastructure. Card information is not stored in the Seller's systems and is transmitted directly to the payment institution.
9. Return and Refund
Returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal are made within at most 14 (fourteen) business days from the product reaching the Seller, in the form of a refund to the card/account from which payment was made. The bank's period for reflecting the payment to the account is outside the Seller's control.
The return cargo fee, in the exercise of the right of withdrawal — if the order was placed with the cargo option by the Buyer's express preference and the product is free of defects — is borne by the Buyer.
10. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees according to the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, or the Consumer Courts, are competent. As of 2025, the monetary limits:
